I met Cheyenne and Tony at one of my favorite outdoor locations just before sunset. We battled mosquitoes and foxtails, but in the end I would say it was absolutely worth it; the photos from this shoot are some of my favorites.

After our photos on the bridge, Tony changed out of his uniform, and Cheyenne mentioned that he would be deployed in October. That makes these photos even more special for me, and hopefully for her as well.

Finally, did I mention that Tony asked if we could get a picture of him carrying her through the field of starthistles? They might just be one of my favorite couples ever.

Introducing… Baby Maliko. I first met Maliko’s mom during our Charity Model Search. She was my maternity model, and just one week after our maternity shoot, this precious little guy arrived (a few weeks early).

At just one week old, little Maliko slept for most of our session, but I did manage to capture a few images of him wide awake, snuggling (and peeing on) his mama.

Baby Bennett was back in the studio today for his 3-month session, and I couldn’t be more excited. This little guy has grown so much since his newborn session. Oh, the cuteness is almost too much to stand. His mom says he’s been working on his beach body.

I met Tiffany and Chad at one of their favorite spots in Penryn on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

They played on some railroad tracks (check out Tiffany’s heels)….

Had some alone time in the tunnel….

…and they even jumped over a canal so that we could get these shots by the oak tree.

Tiffany and Chad’s engagement session was amazing… perfect light, an awesome location, and two people in love… what more could a photographer ask for?

Baby Bennett could not get here soon enough! He’s baby #4 (and the first boy!) for my good friend Brandy, and the first newborn I was going to photograph in the new studio. He arrived on March 17th… all 9 lbs. 3 oz. of him. Behold the cuteness…

Also, I found this CUTE stocking hat on etsy, but it turned out less-beige, more-pink than anticipated. Sorry Bennett. Your mom said I could put it on you anyway.
